  Our family was broken down on the side of the road and we had an angel from On The Mark come and rescue us with some gas. We were on our way to pick up another car 3 hours from home…We feel bad we don’t even remember his name, but he works there, and he deserves a raise. Anyone who is looking to get their heating and air fixed, replaced, or serviced needs to use On The Mark Heating and Air. 10/10 would recommend.

  I had been using on the mark for maintenance and when my 12 year old Lennox equipment started to fail I wanted a root cause diagnosis and that is exactly what I received with On the mark. Chris was able to perform a full diagnosis and determine what was occurring the system was leaking and it was due to a failed secondary coil which was out of warranty and a known failure point. He made an attempt to handle outside of warranty but was unable to do so. He was able to provide a realistic quote. At the same time I asked for a full quote on a new system, he helped schedule a quote. On the following Monday James came out and we agreed on a price for the install and the following day I had a new and improved HVAC system. It was not just a remove and replace, they installed a better air intake, improved air flow and also provided me with a quality assurance and guarantee which they stood behind. Buy it once and do it right! On the mark. 10/10.

  This review is from Gigi rolling meadows ,I had a great experience with On The Mark for HVAC service. My issue was complicated but at the end they found a solution .They were professional, on time, and quickly fixed the problem.Omar and Ceased explained everything clearly and made sure the system was working perfectly. I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. I’d definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

  Super Happy with the service! Called them in the middle of the night with an issue after googling a good HVAC tech in the area! got a call from Chris at 6:30am who patiently listened to my concerns. Spoke to Alina who was a delight to talk to and Ceaser came out and did an amazing job diagnosing and fixing the system no matter how long it took! Super happy with their service and signed up for their maintenance plan as well!! Amazing work team! Keep up the good work!!

  James Tarling did a very good presentation of the company and what to expect in my package HVAC replacement. Initially the price quote for three products options, was higher than expected. He worked with me. Repriced additional discounts for my 96-year-old Marine veteran father-in-law. I was in town for a short visit and this purpose. He was able to do it the next day. Jeff the supervisor was 5 minutes early. Carlos and Corey, the install crew arrived in a 2nd van. This crew was excellent. Great upbeat friendly personality. In my conversations they made it clear to me the owner Mark is the reason. He treats his people well. It shows in the employee effort. The work to remove the old, install the new, took under 6 hours. I have worked with many contractors over the years. It was meticulously completed and upscale quality. If the rest of the employees are like these guys, customers can count on the company being around for a long time. The TRANSFERABLE warranty included five years of labor plus parts (up to 20 years) can be counted on. Of course, this install is fresh (April 4, 2026). I highly recommend you include them for any bids or quoting. The benefit of doing these reviews is you can always edit them in the future.
