Nick is very communicative and checked in on us throughout every phase of the project. The workers were diligent, polite, friendly and very tidy! We even had a BBQ on the last day to celebrate a job well done. We will definitely be contacting Nick and his crew for any future work on our home. I would recommend Top Midwest Construction to any and everyone!
