Unless you have a brand they are familiar with or installed themselves they will not service your hvac system. Absolutely ridiculous and all I asked for was to have my unit charged which was slightly low on refrigerant. Simple thing to do and it’s running fine. Guess I should buy my own equipment and do it myself. Since it’s to difficult for them.
