After telling Joe what I was told to ask for, he asked me to tell him what was actually happening. I told him what was going on and he said it sounds like your drain needs to be cleaned. He then let me know that if they were to come out that day, it was going to be more expensive and asked if I could wait a day…I said yes. Set up a time and Joe came the next day. When he came into the house I showed him the issue area, and he then looked at other pipes in the basement to determine where he needed to start. Just under an hour Joe said he was done and let me know what he found. Really appreciated Joe’s transparency, not leaving a mess, and personality. 5/5 would reach out to them for future plumbing needs. Thanks, Joe!
