They left sanding marks on the floor and did a horrible job putting on our polyurethane and had to come back to redo it. In addition, the threshold they used to transition from one room to the other was very poorly done. They did an unacceptable job! Stay away.

We looked at samples and received estimates from two companies. Then one day driving down Roosevelt Rd I noticed DeSitter Flooring and decided to check there as well. Matt Gaylord answered our questions thoroughly, and gave us samples to check out at home. The estimator came to our house right when we expected him. The contract was very detailed and DeSitter kept exactly to it. The installation happened on the scheduled day and was completed - both flooring and new baseboards - all in one day. They removed the old carpeting and cleaned everything up beautifully. From start to finish, our interactions with DeSitter were courteous, orderly and completely professional with no changes or surprises. We are very happy with the new look in our home and can confidently recommend this company.

DeSitters options for carpet/flooring are endless and they were so patient with us as we made our decision. However, once we ordered carpet the scheduling process for the time removal and installation was a little more challenging. We felt there was a great deal of miscommunication with what we needed completed and how long things will take to get done.

Tim did an excellent job showing us how to shop for carpeting and we were able to find exactly what we were looking for and did a great job keeping us in budget. The install was "seamless" (couldn't help myself and you really can't see the seams). On time, professional and did a great job cleaning up. We'll be back (at the new digs on Roosevelt) for our bathroom flooring, sometime in the fall. Highly recommend this store for all your flooring needs. And definitely ask for Tim.
