Tom did a great job of diagnosing and taking care of my plumbing needs including clearing my bathtub and guest sink drains. He also repaired a leaky pipe connected to my hot water heater, re-imagined a better design for my outdoor water shut-off so I can manage it myself, and changed my water filters. Tom’s work is thorough and his repairs are well-crafted. Tom has been servicing my plumbing off and on for 20 plus years through BMW along with a few other BMW regulars. He also took care of my mom’s plumbing when she was a homeowner. In addition to being a great plumber, he has a good sense of humor. I was a BMW customer for over 20 years and have stayed with them under their new management. I miss talking to Andy, their previous manager, and Mike Dixon, the previous owner, who would answer the phones and were trustworthy, deeply knowledgeable about plumbing, and helped me choose a variety of plumbing items during my remodeling projects. That said, I’m still getting excellent plumbing service, and the phone staff is doing a great job of managing the scheduling of their busy plumbers.

They put the tarps up, cut down exactly where the pipe was, cutting only a small trench, replaced the pipe and concrete and all was good again within hours. It gave us such peace of mind.

He explained everything that needed to be done. He was very nice and showed me through the camera why and how my pipe was clogged. He fixed the problem and cleaned up after. He gave me several options that could stop or make the problem easier to fix in the future. I would highly recommend Fernando!
