They worked within our budget, responded promptly via email, text, and phone, and their installation team arrived right on time. Kelly, Paul, and Julie were all amazing to work with! And the installers were efficient, extremely professional, and left our space spotless. The finished carpet looks fantastic! We truly appreciate DeSitter taking on a smaller job and handling it with such care. Supporting a locally owned business with such a dedicated team is a pleasure. Now three years later, due to some unfortunate circumstances (having nothing to do with the carpet itself), we had to re-carpet a bedroom. When I reached out to DeSitter, they worked to locate the original roll (not just the same color) they used in 2014, so that the color matches the rest of the third level perfectly! They also gave us the same deal per square foot. I was very happy with the work they did and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home.
