  I made an appointment, I brought in plans & elevations, detailed with cabinet measurements, etc, taking all the leg work out of it for the sales rep in order to get a quote on cabinetry for our upcoming kitchen remodel. She advised about a week out for a quote turn around. I didn’t receive anything, so by week 2 so I emailed very kindly, following up and giving her my info again in case she misplaced it. No response, no quote, no acknowledgement. Extremely disappointed in Seigels & Judy’s lack of customer service. I happily will be giving my business to West Dupage Cabinets in Batavia who I resorted to after seigels never responded. West Dupage Cabinetry was OVER the top kind, informative and actually put together a quote with a beautiful cabinet line in less than a week.
