  I had Roof Pro Solutions reroof my house and install new gutters in the late spring of 2025. After reviewing four different estimates, I decided that Roof Pro was the best option. One of the things that helped me make my decision was that when I had my estimate done, the estimator made a quick repair to my roof due to a leak I had noticed recently. The temporary repair only took him about five minutes, but what struck me was that he did it without me even being a customer yet. This showed me what their level of customer service was. Also, the estimator took the time to explain all the work that the company would do, and he answered all of my questions without hesitation and was very knowledgeable. Once I decided on Roof Pro, I had them give me additional estimate to have my soffits replaced too since they would be doing the roof and gutters. During the gutter installation, I observed a minor problem and alerted the estimator of the issue. Within five minutes, I received a text that stated he was immediately fixing the problem. Again, excellent customer service. The end result was that I was very happy with my new roof, gutters, and soffits. I highly recommend this company if you are needing work done.
