- VMVincent MichaelFeb 29, 20241.0I bought cabinets in 2020. I never received the 8 of the handles. I called multiple times and have never heard anything back. The original interior designer was awesome and responded fast and always answered my questions. I called in 5 months ago and asked to fix this mess and they told me "why are you calling now? It's been 3 years" I told the guy I have called in 8 times and never received a response. He had Brandi (the new interior designer) call me back. Idk if she is still their current interior designer but she never responded to my texts after our first initial phone call. She told me to bring the cabinet handle in to see if they can replicate it. I informed Brandi that i was sending my sister to bring one of the handles in and when she did they told her that the company had shut down. (Which I already knew since 2020) I finally got sick of the run around, and I purchased handles on my own that don't match for $160. I spent over 6k on cabinets originally. Overall, it was very poor customer service. I also purchased multiple things from there when I re-did this house.
