They explained the timeline and our financing/payment options. They delivered the unit and shortly thereafter came to do the installation. That went quickly and efficiently getting accomplished in one afternoon including installation of the transfer switch and natural gas piping. John and his guys were all great to deal with and have working on our property. They did a great job and cleaned up everything when they were done. John walked me through all the paperwork and ren through the operation of the unit. My experiences with Lexi in their office were great as well and she was very professional and made all the paperwork, scheduling and product registrations happen with ease. I would recommend Hilliker to anyone and will certainly do exactly that in the future.
