Called on a Friday morning and had delivery 1 1/2 hours later. Vince delivered and made an extra stop since he was in the area. I can't thank you enough for your excellent service.

I was given a pickup window the day the Porta Potty would be dropped off! I ask the driver will it be picked up the next day. He said, no on Monday! Now, he also stated..as well as the office, the Potty couldn't be placed in the back yard. It was placed in my driveway, but it blocked me from coming out of my garage on that side. I wasn't going out until Monday! It's Monday.. I can't get out of my garage! The rude woman on the phone asked me, "Why did you let him put it there"?? Really!!!!! He mentioned he couldn't position it where I wanted it placed! I had no other options where to put it! This is unacceptable in every way! My latter experience wasn't what I expected! I will not be using this company again!! The pickup guy was even.WORST! I didn't want the Potty pulled across my new driveway! He had audacity to tell me, next time.. call the sanitation company they would charge me double for what he just did! They company in my opinion should not be in business with they way I was treated! Never Ever I recommend Prefect Potty!
