  Poor supervision of the project. Workers caused a gas leak in my home, which was intense and neglectful. Left floors dirty. They did provide a contract. All they handed out was and invoice. I do NOT recommend. They originally stated verbally and in their written estimate that all 4 walls would be removed ,checked for mold, and everything down to studs. Day project started, crew cheif annouced they were only taking 2 walls down. I do not trust them.crew chief told several lies. Stole tools from me. If youvalue your home Do Not use these people

  Company will withhold reimbursement money from you without reaching out on when that money will be sent to you. I've been waiting on a check for about a month and have not even been provided an update on the status of the check, despite multiple calls and messages.

  This has been an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. The repair process dragged on for nearly a full year, starting in July 2024, with repeated rescheduling, no-shows, and countless emails just to get responses. After all that time, we were assured the roof was finally repaired correctly. Now, in the middle of January, I entered my attic and found active failure of that same repair. There has been ongoing water intrusion, and the roof is now frozen. There are icicles forming inside the attic and on the nails they installed, along with damage to the attic floor and even the interior roof of the garage—there are literally icicles inside my home. A repair that took a year should not result in ice and water damage during winter. This situation is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of proper workmanship and accountability. I’ve now had to involve my insurance company due to the extent of the damage. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. ❄️

  The interior of my house was damaged by a fire which started on my roof. As a result the walls had to be taken down to the studs. I worked with Disaster Solution and they were wonderful. They had creative ideas about how to rebuild my house within the confines of the existing exterior. Their workmanship was excellent. The workers very friendly and professional. I love my house - every time I walk in the front door I am taken aback by how great it looks. I cannot say enough about this company and their employees!!
