  Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting with Craig for an inspection of my crawl space and foundation. Craig was punctual and thorough. We discussed the issues I am having and he came up with a detailed estimate that he promptly emailed to me as promised. I’m very pleased with my experience thus far and look forward to Craig and his team working together to resolve my concerns.

  We just bought a house that had basement and driveway flooding. We had a couple companies come out to give us quotes and Craig was by far the nicest and most knowledgable so we ended up booking with him at Area Wide Waterproofing. Craig and his team installed drain tiles throughout our whole basement and added a drainage system to the driveway/backyard. They were all very professional and did a great job. Will use them again in the future!

  My crawlspace flooded a second time within a year from a heavy early March rain DESPITE a $7500 repair and encapsulation from the so called “best permanent” water seal company. I was devastated. This time I called the owner and founder of American Crawlspace, Steve Trafficanta, who now consults snd works along side the Area Wide Waterproofing team. He came out immediately and did a thorough inspection of my home inside and out. He was the only one who looked directly inside the drain tile clean-outs which were filled with water and silt. Even though others including my plumber said my pump was working, Steve knew the water was not reaching the pump. Hector and the Area Wide gentlemen removed and replaced old drain tile, dug a deeper trench, leveled off all, saved the encapsulation, adjusted the pit, cleaned and disinfected. Hector even built me a hanging shelf for my new dehumidifier at no cost to me. I so appreciate all that Steve and his crew accomplished for me in just two days! They are hardworking, honest, and fair. Steve tells it with truth and unsurpassed knowledge reflected by his years of experience. I will not hesitate to call them again and am sharing my happy, clean. and safe (finally) outcome with all my teacher friends and colleagues. Thank you Area Wide!

  Thanks Adam for such a great experience dealing with your company. The price was excellent. My basement has never been this dry!!! The work crew was professional, knowledgeable and polite. You guys are awesome!!!

  Adam just left my home and was fantastic! He was straightforward and honest. I just purchased a home and needed them to check out a wall and the crawlspace. He told me no work was needed and everything looked good. He pointed out a couple of things to keep an eye on and recommended a slight change in outdoor landscaping to be on the extra safe side. They are experts and consultants first, versus the in-home salesperson coming in selling fear. If you're looking for honest and reliable waterproofing, I would highly recommend Area Wide Waterproofing!
