  Made an appointment with them for 12:30 and the day of the appointment I get a phone call asking if the worker can come over around 830, when I’m getting everyone out the door. Then later calls again saying that he will be in Kankakee at my appointment time and will need to push my appointment back to 2. When I called the office to speak to someone, the worker was very rude to the point where I just said to cancel the whole appointment and I’ll be going with someone else, to which he said no problem bye and slammed the phone down. I understand I’m just a residential house and not some big company with a ton of glass that needed work, but I chose this company because of the many good reviews. What a shame to be treated this way from a fellow resident. So much for choosing to use local.
