- ASAndrew SanchezJul 14, 20241.0Received Declan number from my plumber to tuckpointing and caulking the exterior of my house window/doors. Declan left the job to two other guys and left. Didn't see him or the two guys to say anything when the job was done. Ended up costing me over $725 and I have several missed spots in the window seals and just found a huge missed spot where water is getting in my house. I paid before the job was done and I guess that's my fault for trusting them. I don't recommend as it was a clearly a rushed job and detail was over looked and now I have to pay for it.

- MBMary B.Aug 28, 20225.0I recommended Doherty to my sister, who said he only has 1 bad review on google. I hopped on google to read it, and both my husband and I laughed out loud. I laughed because I would never call another tuckpointing, EVER! In the past ten years, Doherty has tuck pointed the outside of my home, cut brick out of my house to brick a window inside an addition, rebuilt my chimney, installed all new custom glass block windows in our basement and he also took down one side of our garage and rebuilt with 400 new bricks. I go through this long list because the person I have continued to hire over and over is fast, beyond honest, responsible, clean, and does amazing work. He has told me when he doesn’t recommend me spending the money and he has showed up at my house to look at things after I sent a text. John Doherty is the only tuck-pointer on the south side you should be looking to hire.
