  Was shopping for installation of home emergency generator and requested quote from RAB Electric. The initial contact was very courteous, professional and clear. Following a walkdown by Nate, of our home, we received the quote, which was accurate and reasonable. After accepting the quote and making a down-payment, the work date was set. On the work date, the crew (Will and Isaac) was on-time and the work proceeded as had been explained. The installation was completed in about six hours. The crew cleaned up and left. The time from initial contact to installation was about 5 to 6 weeks. With the installation of the generator completed, we are prepared in the event of future electric outages. Thank you, RAB Electric!

  RAB Electric did a great job in selecting the Standby Electric Emergency Generator we desired. Helped in getting the propane system in place. They installed the generator and wired into our home in one day working with us as related to what satisfied our house design and how we desired the location of the unit outside and wiring inside. After the installation they tested the system and worked closely with the manufacturer to complete the total system operational performance. RAB is very knowledgeable about the product, installation and performance. The job was done quickly and efficiency meeting all our needs and requirements. We were able to call them at anytime with questions and get a very timely and knowledgeable response. No delays or dancing around with someone inbetween but able to call the installer or Product person directly. Friendly and knowledgeable people throughout the process. RAB would be the first company I would call if I was doing a genset install again and would be who I would recommend to anyone. I know I can call them anytime in the future if I should need information or help of any sort and the response would be fast and accurate. No runaround or delays. I also know they are there for my family not just now with the install but anytime in the future should I need any support relative to the product, service, and support. It is truly a family experience working with RAB and you feel part of their family. Very pleased with everything, Product and people. The company provides a wide variety of electrical services that will be my first choice to satisfy my needs.

  We recently had a Generac generator installed at our home, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and very organized throughout the process. They took the time to explain the installation steps clearly, answered all our questions patiently, and made sure everything was done safely and according to code. The workmanship was neat and clean. I highly recommend their services to anyone considering a generator installation. Reliable, efficient, and truly professional!

  We needed a fixture box moved, a new gfi out installed and a new ceiling fan installed including wiring. 2 guys came at the right time. It took 4 hours to complete the work. My issue is the second person was in high school and I didn’t think he was qualified to be working inside my electrical panel box.
