From the initial design consultation through the final installation, the entire process exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate the dedication and expertise Amber Moreland (Designer) brought to this project. I would not hesitate to recommend Amber and Sims- Lohman for their services to others seeking high - quality kitchen and bath cabinetry.

Their estimated deliveries were completely off and when I brought this to their attention they stated covid had a factor. Covid had already been around for over 8 months. They should’ve given a better estimate instead of short shot the delivery date just to gain a purchase. We also were told that a space for our microwave would be placed within the island to fit perfectly. The space was not big enough, which then caused my contractor to trim the cabinets and apply another whole layer of paint. The staff is poorly trained and did not give important details. Very disappointed.
