Prior to the visit, Caleb was communicative and arrived as scheduled. After the inspection, he explained the various options available, answered all of my questions, and was very understanding about my expectations and concerns. Overall, it was a pleasant and informative meeting. I greatly appreciated their time and effort!

He contacted me quickly and was very communicative via cell and text answering questions timely and even had me send photos prior to his visit to make sure he wouldn’t waste our time if it was work outside of the company’s purview. Griffin was not only spot on with his appointment time arrival but gave us a courtesy text 30 minutes prior. Once on sight he was very personable and made this whole process enjoyable and informative. He did such an effective job explaining the process, and giving realistic expectations we couldn’t wait to get on the books for the work to be done.
