As far as the initial (free) consultation is concerned, Caleb and Will conducted a thorough inspection and provided a detailed explanation with photos and video of the necessary repairs that my home will require. Prior to the visit, Caleb was communicative and arrived as scheduled. After the inspection, he explained the various options available, answered all of my questions, and was very understanding about my expectations and concerns. Overall, it was a pleasant and informative meeting. I greatly appreciated their time and effort!

Griffin Callans is a great technician. He examined my foundations thoroughly both inside and outside the house. He explained everything in a language that I can fully understand, explained the necessity of doing the piers based on measurements and evidence. He then showed me the videos and offered three plans for repairs with full explanation of the financing side. This is a world class technician!

Tom was quick at getting us a quote and helping us schedule a time to have the work done. Mariano and crew were cordial and did a fantastic job. They kept their equipment out of the main pathway while completing the job. I’m including before and after photos to show how they eliminated our trip hazard.

We found Acculevel on Google search and figured it would be a run of the mill estimate situation. Griffin turned the process into a very personal and friendly affair. He contacted me quickly and was very communicative via cell and text answering questions timely and even had me send photos prior to his visit to make sure he wouldn’t waste our time if it was work outside of the company’s purview. Griffin was not only spot on with his appointment time arrival but gave us a courtesy text 30 minutes prior. Once on sight he was very personable and made this whole process enjoyable and informative. He did such an effective job explaining the process, and giving realistic expectations we couldn’t wait to get on the books for the work to be done. Acculevel is a great company to entrust your work to, and Griffin is an asset to the company putting potential customers at ease.

Frequently Asked Questions About Acculevel

How do I know if my basement needs waterproofing in [address.city]]?

Look for signs like water intrusion, leaks, dampness, musty odors, efflorescence (white powdery residue on walls), mold/mildew growth, or high humidity. Untreated water issues can weaken your home's structure, cause health concerns, and lead to costly damage. A free inspection can confirm if waterproofing is needed.

What are the signs of crawl space problems?

Typical signs include sagging or uneven floors, musty odors, visible mold/mildew, high humidity, pest activity, poor air quality, or gaps between walls and floors. Moisture in the crawl space can lead to wood rot, mold growth, and foundation issues—addressing it early prevents bigger problems.
