  I appreciated the text message I received the morning of the appointment letting me know the status of our technician’s arrival. It also included his picture Bret arrived on time. He was professional and courteous, and once shown the water heaters he was able to quickly assess the issue and explain the repair process.

  My furnace quit working and my home was getting cold. Chase came out early evening (on a Saturday) and spent a lot of time troubleshooting what was wrong. After some investigation, he was able to isolate and solve the problem. Good guy, I was happy with the outcome and reasonable price.

  Brad S. was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the TIME to answer my questions in terms I understand. He explained how the unit works. He addressed my concerns regarding the filter issue I've had when my unit was installed in 2023. I highly recommend him for any future service i may need. Thank you Brad S.

  James was very professional and thorough in his review and care of replacing our water heater. He made sure that we were receiving all of the correct products and was even able to save us a few hundred dollars when realizing something wasn't needed. When we had the last water heater installed the other company we used didn't take extra steps to ensure that everything was set up appropriately. James made sure to take those extra steps so that everything was connected and set up as it should be. I'm very glad that he was the technician that came out. He was also very nice to my cat, which I really appreciated! It's the little things like that that really make you stay with a company for continued services. Thanks again!

  Justin at Classic Aire Care is an outstanding technician! He did an annual maintenance check on my home HVAC system today. Justin is very courteous, knowledgeable and thorough that I will see if he can be set up as my home HVAC technician for future visits by CAC. He is so conscientious that he showed me before and after pictures of all furnace components that he cleaned and serviced during his visit, and he turned off all of my basement lights, once finished
