Jason and Tyler were very efficient, polite and did a nice job cleaning up after the job was complete! I appreciate the quick response.

I recently had plumbing work done and wanted to share my experience for anyone considering this company. The technician who came out was polite, explained my options clearly, and completed the repair I needed. However, the estimate I received beforehand didn’t match the actual work required. I was originally told there would be no need to cut into the ceiling and no need to worry about replacing any piping. Once the job started, galvanized piping was discovered—something that should have been identified during the estimate. Even though the price didn’t change, the difference between what was estimated and what was actually done resulted in additional expenses and work on my end after the fact. After the repair, I noticed a leak in the same general area and called back thinking it might be related. I was surprised to receive a $99 charge just for the technician to look at the area he had recently worked on. When I called the office to discuss it, I didn’t feel the situation was understood at first, and I was met with explanations that didn’t address the core issue. I made it clear that the leak itself wasn’t the point—I was disputing being charged for a follow‑up on brand‑new work. They did eventually remove the fee, which I appreciate, but the communication issues and the large discrepancy between the estimate and the actual work mean I won’t be using them again.
