Owner provided me multiple system options and price points. But more than that he went into full detail about the needs of my condo specifically - square footage, high ceilings, top floor etc. I felt confident in the decision I made in regards to the system I chose. The day of installation a 2 man team came at the scheduled time. They were both professional and efficient and kept me updated throughout the process. Very happy with my HVAC system.
