  I have been a customer of Perfect Temperature Control for many years. The owner Ziggy is very knowledgeable, honest and fair. I receive good value for money. The quality of work is high. I recently had a new furnace installed and Paul did a great job. Mike M does our annual service and he is excellent. He is smart, thorough and very patient with my many questions. I highly recommend doing business with Perfect Temperature Control.

  We had Perfect Temperature replace our HVAC unit. During the installation, the installer was supposed to wait to install the ducting until another contractor came in to reinstall the fire sprinkler which needed to be removed to accomodate the unit. Instead of waiting and communicating with the GC, the installer just went ahead and installed the ducting as in the photo below. Then, after making this mistake, Perfect Temperature attempted to bill us for the additional labor required to undo their negligence. These people operate with an unbelievable lack of professionalism, and their “100% customer satisfaction guarantee” means absolutely nothing beyond being a tagline to paint on the van. This installation was completed cut and dry incorrectly, and this company has no interest in fixing their mistakes. Instead they act in a way that would make you think they do things incorrectly intentionally in order to bill customers for more labor. Do not consider this business, other local competitors such as AMS are capable of installing and servicing the same types of units and are far more professional and legitimate businesses. Update following below response from the business - again as stated before, everyone including the contractor was aware of your plan. Your failure to communicate with the contractor, and installation of the duct work without seeing the relocation of the sprinkler is admission of exactly what I am describing above. I have no interest in working with you, you are dishonest, rude and negligent.

  The driver of this van created a very serious dangerous situation on the road. He suddenly cut in from the left lane, forcing another car to brake hard, and pushed two cars into the guardrail. After that, he continued driving dangerously and behaved in an aggressive and inadequate manner. This seriously damages the reputation of your company. I also do not recommend engaging with your company if you hire such inadequate employees.

  We had them come out to troubleshoot a tankless water heater, Navien. The water coming out would start hot and then after 1-2min turn to luke warm. The tech they sent was learning on the job and spent most of the time on the phone with the Navien tech support. We paid $225 for the troubleshooting and then the tech quoted us $450 to come back and replace a check valve and a water sensor. The total would have been $675! After a quick google search it turns out the check valve is $8 and the flow sensor is $33. It should not take more than 30min to replace both - there are videos on line on how to do it. So the $450 quote to replace those two parts is way excessive. We canceled the repair, ordered the parts and will do it ourselves. The tech did not even offer to bypass the recirculation tank while we wait for the parts so we can have hot water in the meantime. We also did it ourselves. I feel like we overpaid but at least we are saving the $450. Would have expected a lot more from the experts.
