  I truly recommend Perfect Temperature Control if you need to replace your furnace or in need of repairs. Quick install, very reasonable price, Professional and responsible technicians.

  We had them come out to troubleshoot a tankless water heater, Navien. The water coming out would start hot and then after 1-2min turn to luke warm. The tech they sent was learning on the job and spent most of the time on the phone with the Navien tech support. We paid $225 for the troubleshooting and then the tech quoted us $450 to come back and replace a check valve and a water sensor. The total would have been $675! After a quick google search it turns out the check valve is $8 and the flow sensor is $33. It should not take more than 30min to replace both - there are videos on line on how to do it. So the $450 quote to replace those two parts is way excessive. We canceled the repair, ordered the parts and will do it ourselves. The tech did not even offer to bypass the recirculation tank while we wait for the parts so we can have hot water in the meantime. We also did it ourselves. I feel like we overpaid but at least we are saving the $450. Would have expected a lot more from the experts.

  Joe was very professional and efficient. He solved my problem in a very short time annd explained what had happened to my system. Brian the service manager was friendly and had his people come even before they were expected. I have used this company for 30 years and I’m very happy with them.

  We had a wonderful experience with Sam from Perfect Temperature Control! After our previous heating company abruptly told us we were no longer in their service area when we called to schedule our yearly inspection, and also failed to return and or refund us for a faulty replacement part they installed (which Sam told us never needed to be replaced in the first place), we were desperate to find a decent reliable company. After reading reviews, we decided on PTC and couldn’t be happier. We were sick of all the untrustworthy upselling from years past, so I implored Sam to please just be straight with us when we met. He assured me that PTC doesn’t work on commission and doesn’t work that way in general, and he was right! I assumed we needed a new humidifier pad, so asked him to replace for us, but after taking a look, he told us it was in good shape and wasn’t necessary! What company ever discourages you from spending money with them??? An honest one and we are so thankful! Sam completed a very thorough inspection and maintenance appt, and took time to explain what he observed and advised in detail. Sam also went above and beyond to secure some piping on our water heater, as well as safeguard the entire area. He also shared some indications he observed about our nearby dryer duct work! Sam was friendly, honest, efficient and lovely to my elderly mother too. It was such a refreshing experience after years of techs misinforming us about costly unnecessary parts that we felt pressured to pay for to ensure that our home was safe. With PTC, we only paid for the very reasonable inspection fee, and Sam even refused a tip multiple times as well! Highly recommend Sam and PTC…and Kelly and Brian on the phones at their office were very friendly and helpful too! Great experience and we appreciate it. Thanks, Sam!!
