    First off, Home Comfort had the best price (for a new customer) and best availability. My tech Elliot was very sweet and had good energy. He explained things to me and listened to what I had to say about the history of my furnace and my concerns. On top of doing the traditional maintenance checks, Elliot helped me adjust a pvc exhaust pipe that I installed and was leaking water. Seems to have fixed it! My only constructive criticism is that after they left, I went back into the furnace to clean it and noticed there was a water leak from a pretty important component, the collector box, that I had not noticed and Elliot did not point out to me in person, or in the post-check report. I text them pics and asked questions about it, that were answered, which I appreciate. However, I wish it was brought to my attention in person because if I didn't go in there myself, the problem would be unknown to me, and it's important.

    Craig and associate Jake were courteous and knowledgeable. While it seemed cleaning was all my unit needed they were thorough to make sure it was nothing else amd their charges were reasonable

    Travis showed up near the top of the 4 hour window and went right to work. He saw and corrected issues I wasn't aware of and everything in fine working order.

    Old furnace, younger technician (Jacob Rachus), thought he would have a tough time. Diagnosed the issue quickly, cleaned as he went along. Very professional. Will use Home Comfort again
