  I had a leaky toilet, and I called Noah's they came out and they couldn't find what was wrong so they changed out the toilet because they thought it was cracked. Well they put in a new toilet and it was gush water for a day or two before they took that one out and put in another one andI it also gushed water. It ended up being 3 days that they took two toilets out before they realized that the two toilets they had replaced mine with were recalled because they had holes where they gush water out. So my floors were soaking wet for 3 days and now two years later they're sagging and my walls got mold behind them and I have to gut this bathroom at least the walls in the floor. The pedestal sink cracked because the floors are drooping and it's not standing level. So I have to replace the sink. The toilet they put in the tank is not sitting right because of the floors and if you put any pressure on the tank it leaks all over. And to top it off instead of paying for their mistake by not charging me plumbing fees they charge me $1,500 for 3 days. I don't think I should have had to pay when they were the ones making the mistake of putting two recalled toilets in my house. And then the water damage iit caused by waiting 3 days to figure out what they were doing wrong is now also on my plate besides a 1,500 that I had to borrow from my girlfriend to pay them. So I'm not real happy with Noah's! I need to bring this to their attention again. So just be careful that they're doing their job right. As far as friendly service they were very friendly and polite and kind to me after having other experiences with plumbers that weren't any good either. I am a senior on almost the lowest fixed income there is from social security and I can't afford to do the repairs on my house let alone these repairs so I'm just don't know what to do? I also have to replace my tile floors.

  I'm a GC and just called to have an estimate done but the voicemail stated that they are not performing estimates at this time.

  I can’t remember if I reviewed you guys before but my house is a plumbing lemon. It was built in 1970 and all the pipes are disasters waiting to happen. They came out today and unclogged my kitchen sink - guys are always prompt and friendly, really reasonable pricing, honest and upfront. As a woman a lot of the time you encounter men who give you what seemed to be escalated prices or unnecessary services in their estimates, and I have never found that to be true with All About Plumbing! Last year they replaced the sewer pipe in my backyard for half the cost of what Rescue Rooter estimated. They also fixed my main input line a couple years ago and a pipe in my attic. Love these guys, and I’m sure I’ll see them again soon, unfortunately 😂

  I had called them two weeks ago in regard to getting an estimate for a project at my house. They took pictures and after a week I had no contact and I had to reach out to them three separate times and they said they were going to do the job then they said they were gonna reach out to me on Friday and didn’t so I called them back on Monday and they said that they couldn’t do the job because they’re licensed plumber was on vacation and they don’t do estimates for another four weeks, which wasted in weeks and weeks of my time to get a project done, which is super frustrating and not good business. Do not go here thank you.

  Had a water spot on ceiling and assumed there was a leak from plumbing above. Noah’s came out and cut hole in ceiling. Looked and flushed toilets and said it must have been previous clog that cleared itself. Called construction company a month later to fix the hole in ceiling. The contractor said there was a leak and needed that to get fixed so it doesn’t damage the new drywall. I called Noah’s and spoke with a lady that answered the phone. She was nice and I explained the situation. She said the owner would need to call me back. I received a call from a man that was very aggressive. He said you are calling demanding a refund. I explained I was not and wanted to give them opportunity to fix the problem. I offered photos. He said weren’t you there when they flushed the toilet and ran the shower I said I was. He said you didn’t see the leak. I told him I wasn’t the professional. I let him know it was not the toilet they looked at. He said so you are telling me there is a toilet right behind the other toilet. I said yes there is and the pipes run together. He told me he was going to call the plumbing board on me and I would have them knocking on my door because the company I have at my house is not licensed plumbers (this is incorrect, they are). I said I called so you aware as the owner and to see if you can make it correct. He said have you ever went to the doctor with a problem and they didn’t have the answer or have you ever taken you vehicle to the mechanic and they can’t find the problem. He continued to yell until I just hung up the phone. Also be aware of reviews because I choose them so to their high rating, now I look closer at the reviews and there are several that are edited. Not sure why the stars are edited but something I haven’t seen in the past.
