Again, similiar issue with them (thought i would give them a third try since they are union and family owned). I miss the girl who worked there in Jan23

The person who answers the call provides email address for quotes. You send them all of the necessary information to quote and then follow with phone calls and emails that are ignored. The concept of courtesy does not appear to exist within this organization.
