- RCRandal CumminsJan 1, 20265.0I requested from Air King for an estimate of replacing an existing furnace. They sent a representative, Jim who scheduled an appointment. Jim arrived early near 8a.m., he inspected existing equipment. Afterwards, he informed me he would work up a quote and send to me via email. What I appreciate with Jim was he spoke my language in terms of suggesting one doesn't need to do everything at once based on your ability to pay or afford. He seemed to have an inclusive ability to communicate with the average working individual. Long story short, after receiving quote, I was ready to move forward. Thought price was reasonable. Date of installation was set about 2 weeks out. On the day of install, technicians called indicating they would be later due to having to pickup some supplies. On their arrival, I directed them to area where furnace was to be replaced. Hours later, once the thermostat was installed, I was told job was complete. I didn't feel heat from furnace immediately and was concerned. I had furnaces installed in past and results were pretty immediate. Overnight, I let furnace run, however, the following day basement was still cold, it freaked me out. I immediately called Air King and explained the situation. They sent out a technician within a few hours. On his arrival, he made a few adjustments and the furnace is working as it should. I was pleased by their response and sending someone out on New Years eve. Very pleased with Air King and their professionalism.

Since the furnace was over 30 years old that was the plan. Two days later they had my new furnace installed and checked out. Great job in a very timely manner just ahead of the arriving super cold weather.
