In past years I have always been happy with this company but with one of the coldest weekends this season bearing down on us I got nothing but a runaround from the owner. He fed me a line of bs after I had gone 12 hours without heat and 8 hours of no heat after he left my house. After 8 more hours of no heat technician came out again and will have to order an additional new part. All this is on a hvac system that was installed by them less than 5 years ago.

Prices are cheap. But cheap is not always better. If you buy a furnace and/or AC you better hope you have no problems. Replaced fan motor under warranty. The fan made a clicking noise first 2-3 seconds it starts. Had tech out. Told it’s the motor starting and that’s normal. Hmmm. Told by same tech that he could lower the speed of fan and should help with noise. Didn’t really change the noise for the first 2-3 seconds. About a year and half later started smelling a mildew smell from my vents. When AC kicked on definitely smelled the mildew from vents. Called for a service call. Same tech that installed motor. Told him problem. He smells the drain line and says mildew. Opens AC coil area, looks, says looks good here. Was told by him I must have a dead animal in my walls. Wow. Called a professional heating and cooling. They came out and told them everything from previous diagnosis. They asked if when the other tech lowered the speed of the fan if he adjusted the freon level outside. I said no he didn’t go outside. They told me the mildew smell is coming from the AC coil freezing up and thawing causing water in the bottom of unit. Ok. We replaced the motor again (I wanted a new one hoping it didn’t make noise). When the professional tech replaced the motor he noticed on the squirrel cage it was worn on one side. Conclusion, the motor wasn’t installed correctly by Wrights tech and when first started running it was wobbly and made the noise. I now have my unit serviced by a professional tech and when the time comes to replace I will use the same professional heating and cooling Co.

We had a heater go out in the middle of winter. They had it fixed within a day. The owner is a man of integrity and we appreciate him. He's always been ready to help and we've always been happy with his work! Thanks Frankie!
