  Called Ferguson looking for a part for a soap dispenser I purchased (unfortunately not from them) Jessica was so helpful she connected me with the Moen representative and I was able to get the part fee under warranty. Next time I have plumbing needs I will be sure to use Ferguson. Thank you so much Jessica.

  My boss had sent me to pick up a couple fittings and a gasket late in the day and I didn't realize the store closed at 4 p.m.. I walked in literally a minute before closing. I apologized that I wasn't aware that they were closing and said I could come back the next day but before the words were even out of my mouth the nice young man at the counter, Jason, said "no problem ma'am and I'd be glad to help". He cheerfully helped me find exactly what my boss requested and as I was paying I apologized again for keeping them a few minutes late. And having overheard my apology, the much older gentleman and I think the manager, Dave, said "Ma'am it is our passion here at Ferguson to provide the highest level of customer service we can and it is our pleasure to stay as long as you need." Literally that's what he said. They both graciously thanked me for my business and even held the door for me on the way out! These guys were so nice I couldn't hardly believe it. In this day and age it's become a rarity to experience that kind of devotion, professionalism and kindness. Thanks again guys for staying until 4:04 for me!!!

  Dont carry much onsite. They use paper scraps fro notes, so they lose your order all the time. Find someone else. People are nice though.
