  My boss had sent me to pick up a couple fittings and a gasket late in the day and I didn't realize the store closed at 4 p.m.. I walked in literally a minute before closing. I apologized that I wasn't aware that they were closing and said I could come back the next day but before the words were even out of my mouth the nice young man at the counter, Jason, said "no problem ma'am and I'd be glad to help". He cheerfully helped me find exactly what my boss requested and as I was paying I apologized again for keeping them a few minutes late. And having overheard my apology, the much older gentleman and I think the manager, Dave, said "Ma'am it is our passion here at Ferguson to provide the highest level of customer service we can and it is our pleasure to stay as long as you need." Literally that's what he said. They both graciously thanked me for my business and even held the door for me on the way out! These guys were so nice I couldn't hardly believe it. In this day and age it's become a rarity to experience that kind of devotion, professionalism and kindness. Thanks again guys for staying until 4:04 for me!!!

  FYI. If you buy a part here they will not allow you to return it. Bought a kitchen faucet cartridge that i installed for 5 minutes but it did not fix my problem. Thats considered “installed”. They had to order the part. Dont see why they couldnt send it back to place they got it from. Not great customer service.

  I stopped by to look for a Moen kitchen faucet part after trying with no success directly through the manufacturer but they didn’t have the part on hand since it’s a older faucet and unfortunately due to the Chyna virus ordering and shipping times are drastically longer than normal but the gentleman behind the counter knew exactly what I needed and made a photocopy of the parts diagram and luckily I was able to order on Amazon and get the part the next day. They didn’t get a sale(no fault of their own) but they definitely made a client. Thanks gents!

  I went in to get a certain pipe I couldn’t find anywhere else and I met brad. He greeted me, was excited to be working, was helpful and got me what I needed from another location the next day. Brad called me promptly and informed me my order was in. I have never been in this store before this experience but if you want informed people to work with go here. Thanks again Brad for your help!
