Mike wrote up a full report, which prompted solar company to take a second look. Mike also came out at the same time s solar company rep and explained further to him in person what all the various problems were. Solar company finally admitted fault after this. Mike went above and beyond for me, and didn't even get the job as the solar company decided they will take care of it properly. Thank you Mike, you took a massive weight off my shoulders, particularly since we are trying to sell our house.
