- DDDIY Dummy6 days ago5.0Great overall experience. When I called April answered the phone she was super friendly and helpful. Knew exactly how to handle my situation. Took care of me and put me at ease. She had Mike call me back, he was also very nice and very helpful. Didn't try to sell me any services I didn't need, just gave me and honest assessment of my issue. Once I agreed to the service I had a tech on my roof in a day. I believe his name was Chris. I didn't get to meet him because I was working, but I could hear him on the roof. He took pictures so I could see the finished product and wow was I happy. Quality work. Awesome team effort. Great Roofing Company

It was 3 weeks before I heard back the last time, I couldn't wait, there was a leak and I'd hired someone else. I thought I'd try again, it's been a few days. No call back yet. I truly believe these folks are really busy, probably because they are good, but just like waiting in line at a restaurant, if you're really hungry, you go somewhere where the food is 4 instead of 5 star but the wait is shorter. I'll use someone else. Again.
