  Great overall experience. When I called April answered the phone she was super friendly and helpful. Knew exactly how to handle my situation. Took care of me and put me at ease. She had Mike call me back, he was also very nice and very helpful. Didn't try to sell me any services I didn't need, just gave me and honest assessment of my issue. Once I agreed to the service I had a tech on my roof in a day. I believe his name was Chris. I didn't get to meet him because I was working, but I could hear him on the roof. He took pictures so I could see the finished product and wow was I happy. Quality work. Awesome team effort. Great Roofing Company

  we had some minimal work done on our roof, but in the process, our 2 year old garage door was damaged, it's costing us alot more than what the work costs, Copley is not taking any reaponsibility for this. So now, we are having to pay MORE money than what the work was. Very disappointed that a Family owned business will not own us to this.

  Everyone at Copley was great to work with and they did fabulous job. They made it easy to coordinate with the carpenter I hired who added a peak over the front door so that the roof was installed the day the carpenter finished. I highly recommend Copley Roofing!

  Mike came out, to inspect the roof for leaks, he explained in detail whis findings and work needed to repair. He was back out to do the repair within days. He went above and beyond when he spotted area where the siding bent and allowing water behind it and repaired it. He was extremely knowlegeable, professional with a kind manner. I will gladly be recommending this company to family and friends in need.
