  We had a wonderful experience with Window World. Prior to purchasing our windows we did EXTENSIVE research on all the different window companies. Window World consistently had good reviews. From the moment we met with them we were put at ease. Our salesman (Matt) was wonderful. The install crew was absolutely INCREDIBLE! The windows are beautiful! We couldn’t be more pleased.

  We had a fantastic experience! Consultation was quick and easy, installation was fast and professional, there was a slight error made during install (we wanted the handle installed on the opposite side, but it was missed) and they came back within a week to replace it. The customer service was 👌 from the initial phone call, to the onsite consultation and the install. We are very happy!

  It’s a shame that all the window world franchises from Indiana to Illinois are having great promotions like 10 window deals? 4 windows deals that make the price really affordable but window world of Joliet isn't an won’t price match. Super disappointing cause I’d book my new 17 windows and a sliding door if they were.

  I did half of my windows when we first moved in my Home.I wasn’t sure I was going to stay in the home! My first order went extremely well. Fast, professional, efficient. Great price! Explained everything that I needed to know, answered every question. So when I decided to stay in the home, I did the other half of the house same wonderful service. Don’t Hesitate. Extremely pleased!
