  Guys showed up on time very careful keeping floors clean while going in and out. It was a crappy day. Was very pleased with the install and look of new windows.

  I appreciate the transparent pricing! The initial in home estimate was quick with no BS which I appreciate. The only issue was followup. I used email but did not get a response. I decided to just walk into the store to get my questions answered. It was helpful to see the difference style windows. The people were very kind and patient with me. I purchased the windows right then and there. Installation day took about 8 hrs for 10 windows and some tare down/reconstruction needed. I was reimbursed for the trim because the one offered was too thin. I appreciate them looking out for me as well as offering suggestions on how they could use the trim but add some more to it. I decided to just get it reimbursement. Lastly, i had some weather stripping issues with a window and they came out the next day to fix it. Overall great experience. I appreciate a company that follows up.

  Great experience front the start. Estimator Zach was extremely knowledgeable and straight forward no fluff. Brandon the installer did an amazing job, even with the house previous owners handyman work throwing him a curve. Thanks to all at Window World. Will be using them again for gutters and siding in the spring and then windows in the fall.

  We had an excellent experience with Window World of Joliet and highly recommend their services. From the very beginning, the Sales Manager Zach was outstanding. He was kind, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every option we were interested in. He patiently answered all of our questions and was always reachable. We stayed in close contact throughout the entire process — from the initial consultation, to accepting the offer, ordering, production, and all the way through installation. That level of communication made the whole experience stress-free and transparent. The windows themselves are excellent quality, solid, well-made, and energy-efficient, all offered at a very affordable price. We truly felt we received great value for the investment. The installation crew was absolutely fantastic. Over the course of 2.5 days, they installed 24 windows, one front door, and one garage entry door. The team arrived on time every day and worked with impressive efficiency and precision. They were incredibly organized, well-coordinated, and clearly experienced — working in perfect sync from start to finish. The job was done quickly, reliably, and with great attention to detail. The final results look amazing and exceeded our expectations. A big thank you to Zach and the entire Window World of Joliet team. We are extremely happy with our new windows and doors and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for high-quality products at a fair price with excellent customer service.
