Our patio door has been leaking badly during severe storms and I wanted to get it replaced before the real rainy weather started this fall/winter. We searched for doors at Home Depot and Menards but pricing was misleading, no one offered to help us while there, and I didn't think we had time to find an installer to get it done as quickly as I needed...especially one that would warranty everything. The price was slightly higher than I expected but it was worth it for the ease & convenience of the whole process. The salesman came here last Thursday, he was very personable and not pushy at all. My new door was just installed this morning! Amazing turnaround time, just as the salesman promised. My house already feels more airtight/secure. The installer was also very nice, efficient, tidy throughout the installation process, and left my house spotless. Thank you! Highly recommend!

I'll have to hire a professional to clean them Customer service people need a lot to work on. After buying the windows I emailed the salesperson because I had a few questions. Never answered. I asked one of the girls in the office if taking the shades down and putting them back was in the contract she said yes but it wasn't. I left a message for Paul to call me. I had some issues to discuss. He didn't call back that day or the next day because he has 24 to 48 hours to call back. So if there was a real issue do deal with you're at the mercy of when they would call back. The one issue i did have Paul told me what he needed. I did what he said but never acknowledged he received it or not. I figured out what the problem was told him we're good. No response again . Customer service really needs to be worked on.
