  10 outta 10 would recommend. We had an issue with our AC the other day. We got scheduled same day! The tech (Taylor or Tyler? I’m bad with names) was super friendly, he got it to work, but another part blew about an hour or so after he left. I called back into the office, Val had another tech out the next morning 730 am! Val was very easy to work with. John ended up being the second tech, he arrived early, and fixed it. I really appreciate how quickly they were able to get us on the schedule during this grueling summer! Thanks!!!

  I can’t encourage the public enough to stay far away from this shady unprofessional company. If I could give them no stars- I would. They cut corners everywhere with work and parts and refuse to pay employees on time. Weeks behind on overtime and call pay because this dysfunctional family company goes on vacation and leaves their workers without pay. 😳 Company vehicles are not state compliant, missing inspections, license plates, and bald tires making them dangerous and just a rolling pile of garbage. The owner, Bob, rages at his employees and threatens them continually with discharge- he’s rude, belligerent, and a complete liar. He lied to the state of IL about an employee he fired-(it’s on video along with him cursing at the employee) and said the employee quit- thus the state of IL denied unemployment.The worst of the worst- save your money and pick ANY OTHER HVAC COMPANY.

  This company been working on our a/c and heaters units for a few years now and they still don’t work, even after putting new ones in they can’t figure it out
