  I called and left a message on Friday, 03/06/26, at 8:49am which was within business hours. However, their office (Missy?) did not bother to return my call until Monday morning on 03/09/26 at 8:14am. Very disappointing and poor service since their voicemail did not indicate they were out of the office on Friday. Regardless, I was able to get great service from Precision Garage Door Service of St. Louis which services the Columbia and Waterloo area. Therefore, Electro Door lost out on my business of $2,400 for new springs, rollers, and operating system.

  Just had my garage door replaced due to a tornado and upgraded to the garage door I've been wanting forever! Very impressed and happy with ordering, pricing and install!

  Fantastic in every way!! I can’t say enough good things about Electro Door Systems, from the owner to the installation team to the customer service and office team. I called them after having a terrible experience with a large local company on the MO side and Matt , the owner, came out within a day to quote and was so helpful with his suggestions on door design and type and was so easy to work with. He even steered me away from an option that would have been more expensive and overkill in terms of design strength. The installation crew was on time, courteous, professional, and very meticulous in making sure the door was operating properly. Several people in my subdivision had now used them too and have been so pleased with everything too. I’ve done so much work on my house after the March hail storm and I’m most excited about my new garage doors!

  Great company to get your garage door, highly recommend. Matt came out and gave me a price, went over everything. Called me when my door came in. Door was scheduled to put in, 2 young men came out and were very professional and did a great job. Matt came by once door was installed to make sure I was happy.

  We have called Electro Door for help more times than I can list. I will continue to call them due to their incredible service and knowledge. Matt can send any member of his team out, and they always fix the problem right away and I have peace of mind knowing it was done correctly. The office staff is always helpful when making appointments and taking payments. I always recommend this small, family owned, local business- believe me they earned 5 STARS!
