- SRSandy RoegerOct 16, 20255.0Fantastic in every way!! I can’t say enough good things about Electro Door Systems, from the owner to the installation team to the customer service and office team. I called them after having a terrible experience with a large local company on the MO side and Matt , the owner, came out within a day to quote and was so helpful with his suggestions on door design and type and was so easy to work with. He even steered me away from an option that would have been more expensive and overkill in terms of design strength. The installation crew was on time, courteous, professional, and very meticulous in making sure the door was operating properly. Several people in my subdivision had now used them too and have been so pleased with everything too. I’ve done so much work on my house after the March hail storm and I’m most excited about my new garage doors!

Door was scheduled to put in, 2 young men came out and were very professional and did a great job. Matt came by once door was installed to make sure I was happy.

That was last Thursday. We wouldn't text a landline. I built the garage door on your website and chose to request a quote. I received a confirmation email and MANY unwanted ads, but never a quote. Not even a phone call. Sent an email requesting a quote - never received a response. My husband sent a couple of texts trying to set up an appointment and never heard back. Obviously, they don't want the work and we have a large order. Moving on......
