  I called Tiger plumbing to come out and ensure there were no gas leaks on a home I just closed on. Chris came out and was super professional and extremely nice. He explained everything in lamens terms so that I understood. He was able to diagnose some issues with a very old hot water heater and we were able to setup a same day install of a brand new one. Chris is an asset to Tiger Plumbing and was a pleasure to work with!

  Collin was very helpful on my repair needs. He was very helpful with all of the paperwork that was needed to get the job done. He explained everything to me, even on some things he noticed that needed to be done. I appreciate him so much, he is highly recommended by me and my family for any repairs needs. If I could I'd give him a thousand stars for his work. Thank you so much Collin on everything.

  I had a great experience with Brandyn Lacey from Tiget Plumbing. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Even though I didn’t end up getting any services done, he took the time to thoroughly inspect the issue and explain everything clearly. He found a water leak under my mobile home and pointed out that the wet insulation could be contributing to mold, which was incredibly helpful information. What really stood out was his honesty—he didn’t pressure me at all and genuinely seemed to care about helping me understand what was going on. Yes, his pricing may be on the higher side, but the quality of his assessment and his professionalism made a strong impression. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable plumber.

  I asked for water heater repair. Was told no. I have to replace all of my plumbing. Ok, I still need hot water. Was told no. If were a an 80 year old lady I’d have hot water. Still no hot water. This guy expected a 5 star review. He didn’t even try to get replacement parts. Here’s some advice. Never demand a 5 star review from negative star treatment.

  STAY AWAY legitimately everything you do not want from a home services company. - answering service is AI -owned by private equity. (look up turn point services) - 95% of the time they will not send technicians to your home to fix a simple leak or replace that faucet or get your AC running. They will send a salesman in a plumbers van to pressure you into things that you do not need. - tens of AG complaints well into the double digit mark. -until this year an F on the BBB which was changed because they paid to have it done. ** if you notice they have an A rating but are not accredited. - have had 3+ GM's in last 5 years due to repeated restructuring because company is gradually decaying. please please please do not not fall into this trap I understand they have 5 stars but that is because part of their process is to ask for a review after every interaction you have as a customer.
