  Our condo association has been trusting Mark's Tuckpointing and Remodeling with our 6-flat building for several years now, and we simply cannot say enough good things about them. Over the years, they've tackled some major projects for us — a full roof tear-off, rebuilding our parapet walls, restoring a crumbling chimney from the ground up, properly flashing all sides of the building, and extensive tuckpointing around both the external and internal perimeter. Every single job has been done with care, precision, and real craftsmanship. Mirek and Peter deserve a special shoutout — they are thoughtful, dependable, and true experts in their trade. You can tell they take genuine pride in their work, and it shows in the results. What's also impressed us is that Mark's has always charged fair, reasonable prices for the caliber of work they deliver. In a city like Chicago, where masonry and roofing work is no small matter, finding a contractor you can genuinely trust is priceless.   Extremely happy to have found Mark's Tuckpointing and Remodeling for a chimney repair that came up. Absolutely professional and prompt from quote to job completion. Having had shoddy work completed on my house in the past, it's such a refreshing experience to get things done right with a crew that communicates discoveries and just delivers superior quality results. Will definitely be calling them first if other parts of my house need work in the future.

  I have had the pleasure of having my roof soffit/gutters and a new front door/frame installed by Mark's Tuckpointing and Remodeling. As a 67-year-old Chicagoan, I’ve struggled to find a contractor that is honest, reliable, and does superlative work. Peter, a manager from the company, will come to your home to expertly evaluate your project and provide a detailed estimate of the materials, your options, and a proposed contract. On my front door project, Adam, a master carpenter and installer, did a simply perfect job installing our door, which is hung perfectly, has new locks, and has an ideal airtight seal. I’m saving up for an entire bathroom remodeling by Marks Tuckpointing. I would not have another company install or remodel after finally finding the best company I can fully trust to execute any construction project. My only regret? I did not find such an excellent, reliable, and trustworthy company before.
