If the repair is more then a flame sensor they try to upsell you. My Mom needed a board,they told her it would cost $2000 dollars. I replaced the board and the shorted gas valve for $300. Do better HeatMasters. If it was your Family you would do everything you can.

He was friendly, knowledgeable, explained what he was doing and offered suggestions which we accepted. We’re longtime customers of Heatmasters for HVAC and water heater and have always been pleased with their efficiency, service-level, pricing and easy scheduling. The Service Man who came out today was great. 5 Stars.

They couldn’t find the problem even when the error code was flashing in front of them. They were directing me to buy a new furnace for $10,000 dollars. I said heck no so I found out MYSELF that it was the motherboard that was messed up so I found one at Amazon for 80 bucks and INSTALLED it MYSELF and has been working like a champ. So please Get someone who’s really knowledgeable and knows what their doing when it comes to this type of issue.
