  We had water leaking from our first floor bathroom to the lower level and called Goode plumbing. Two plumbers came out and told us that there was an issue with the overflow drain in our bathtub - We could either leave it and not fill the bathtub too high, or get it repaired for $2000 (including $400 to cut a diagnostic hole in our ceiling that they don't repair). We are new homeowners so we opted for the repair. Shortly after the repair was complete, the ceiling began leaking again, and it was worse. Parts of the ceiling where they cut the hole also started to collapse. I called them back and they sent two different plumbers who said that the problem was now the toilet, not the bathtub, and we would need to pay another $2000 to have that repaired. I asked to speak with someone about why we were being asked to pay another large sum of money when the first, "repair", did not fix the leak. Well, it took four days to get a call back from the first plumber despite me calling every day and explaining that water was leaking in at least 3 different places in our ceiling and that the ceiling was falling down. There seemed to be absolutely no sense of urgency or consideration for this whatsoever, and I just kept being told the technician would get back to me. The first plumber eventually called me back and told me that it was "coincidentally" a different problem occurring in the exact same place at the exact same time as the issue that they fixed. Also that the repair he did was necessary, even though he told us at the time that it was not. Needless to say, I did not feel comfortable having them come back to do another repair when the first one was unsuccessful, and they were unwilling to provide any kind of acceptable customer support. I called our regular handyman (Should have just gone to him in the first place!) and he was able to complete the repair for $400 total, including a brand new toilet. Please avoid this place, they are untrustworthy, overcharge, and do not care about their customers after they have gotten their money. They sure do spam you about leaving good reviews though!

  Goode came as a recommendation from a friend and exceed all expectations. They helped fix a complicated leak in our condo that was from a broken pipe between two floors, between two support beams, and had no direct access points. It would have been much easier to rip up the floor to access the leak, but the Goode team made sure to do the work the right way to ensure damage to our condo was kept to a minimum. They honored their flat fee rate despite the work taking multiple visits and offered a temporary solution to mitigate further water damage while the permanent fix was in progress. We want to give a shout out to the team that assisted us, Frank, Tyler, and Jose all did a fantastic job.
