  We had a few leaks on our flat roof and they came out quickly to stop the immediate issues. They were honest about it being a temporary fix until we’re ready for a full replacement later on, which I appreciated. Everything was explained clearly and the patches are holding up well so far. I’ll be using them again when we move forward with the full roof.

  We had a small issue with our shingle roof and called them out to take a look. They were straightforward about what needed to be fixed, got it handled without making it a bigger deal than it was, and the repair has held up great. I’d call them again if I needed anything.

  Really happy with how everything turned out. They showed up on time, explained what needed to be done, and took care of the roof without any issues. Clean work, no surprises, and solid results. Would definitely recommend.

  It was a smooth and great experience working with Windy City Flat Roof Inc. We were dealing with a leak in our master bedroom closet, and they identified the issue and let us know the condition of our roof, which was not great. We have been dealing with roof problems for the past couple of years, and knew at some point that we needed to do something. Had a major leak almost a year ago, when water started running down the wall from the top of our home to the basement. It was a disaster! Now we have a similar issue in our central bedroom closet. Shawn and his crew did a great job installing a brand new roof that looks way better than it did before. Overall, we are very pleased with the work that has been done, and they were very professional. I recommend that if you have any roof issues, call these guys. They are detail-oriented, work promptly, and will offer different options you can proceed with if you need their services.

  These guys are fantastic! During a thaw after lots of snow, we had an ice jam that was causing water to flow into our house. I contacted Windy City Flat roof first thing on Monday morning and Eli called me back within minutes. They were swamped with calls due to the weather, but he had a crew out to our house within a couple hours. They cleared the snow and ice from our roof and diagnosed the problem. The water stopped, thankfully. And they came back 2 days later to do the recommended repairs. Roofing issues and repairs for me are like taking your car to the mechanic. They tell me what the issues are and what it will take to repair, but I have no clue what they are talking about. All I can say is Eli was SUPER patient with all of our questions and concerns. Roofing work is not cheap, not that it should be. It is dangerous work. And I do believe that you get what you pay for. So, yeah, we laid out some bucks, but the Windy City Flat Roof team was amazing from start to finish. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Can't ask for more than that!
