    Extremely Disappointed After Years of Business I’ve been coming here for equipment rentals regularly and have always had decent experiences—until now. Unfortunately, this recent situation has made it clear I can no longer continue doing business here. I rented a roof crane and a hoist to lift an AC condenser onto a roof. The equipment worked fine, and we only raised the unit about 10 feet. When returning the hoist, I was told the cable was damaged—at the 25 to 30-foot mark, well beyond what we ever used. I explained this in detail, but the team insisted the damage was our fault, despite the fact that it’s physically impossible for us to have caused it. It felt like I was being unfairly blamed for damage that likely existed prior to our rental. To make matters worse, I was charged a repair fee that was double the cost of the rental itself. I tried to remain professional and respectful during the conversation, but the refusal to consider basic logic or take any responsibility was incredibly disappointing. As a small business owner, I rely on fair, honest vendors—and this experience left me feeling taken advantage of. After being a frequent and loyal customer, I’ve decided I will no longer be bringing my business here.

    What a scam artists these people are. Its not only they overprice for equipment, they slam you with ridiculous deposits and later charge a and a leg for some bs " policy" Save your time amd money and go to other rental places. NEVER AGAIN
