- FCFlipping ClevelandJul 16, 20251.0I rented 3 forklifts for multiple months. Despite multiple attempts and speaking with multiple people, I was not able to pay directly from my business bank account. I was even willing to pay a month in advance on each forklift so no credit would be necessary. Despite speaking with at least 5 different people, I was forced to pay via credit cards, which creates an accounting nightmare on my side and raises costs because of large transaction fees on United's side. I switched to renting from a different company, which I told United I was going to do. United couldn't have cared less. I found their service to be lacking and ability to communicate was poor. I strongly suggest going with a different vendor.
