  This was a tough one, the owner went above and beyond in the beginning, he came out to check my measurements, he saw I wasn’t confident in my own. Delivery was made easy especially since we aren’t in their normal area. But the door itself it’s really disappointing, I have a weird set up, my sidelight it my bathroom window. A bathroom with a shower so I stressed privacy being important with two small children. And it felt like he understood seeing my set up. And that they were able to accomplish what I needed. Privacy being the most Important I picked one of the two recommendations he said was “top privacy”… but it’s not. Especially at night if someone’s in the bathroom. It’s my first home, it’s my first big Project, and I hate my new door. When I called to let them know. He said he could come out and see but that well that’s an expensive fix ( meaning changing out the glass I think) but I don’t even have that option or the finances to do so AND if this is top privacy… like it was supposed to be … what would I change it too. I’m so upset I’ve had to cover up the window with film. It looks dumb from the outside. And it’s made the whole experience disappointing… the family was great but their products and knowledge of privacy… is probably terrible because it’s in my bathroom. Normal front doors it would be fine… I’ve gone back and forth so many times about this review because they were so kind… but I’m so disappointed how absolutely crappy my door looks having to cover up my sidelight so my kids and I can use the. Bathroom. Everyone deserves privacy in the bathroom, and that’s not the case after putting in this new door. I wish I’d just left the old broken door or waited to save enough for another … they were the cheapest place who could accommodate my size. And u get what u pay for I guess, is what I keep telling myself to lesson the blow …

  I had my doors installed today from the Door Store. From the staff to the installer Bob I am very pleased with the results. Love the service and will recommend The Door Store to anyone who is looking for service.

  Every time I called or stepped into there doors to ask a question, I have always been met with such Beautiful professionalism and kindness. I love this place and would 100% recommend anyone going to them. Just their way of welcoming you makes you want to always come back and use their services.
