- MMMaymeNov 15, 20255.0Our living room light keeps flickering which is so annoying. I call them and they sent Kent, I think that was his name. He traced the source to a loose connection in the junction box and tightened everything up and even check for possible problem. Very knowledgeable and you can really tell that he knows his craft.
