  Replaced leaky shutoff valve in guest bathroom. Responsive service, great communications, quality work, reasonable price, friendly and informative technician. I'd use PHD again and highly recommend.

  PhD Heating & Cooling helped us finally resolve a boiler and zoning issue that we had been dealing with for years. The system never worked correctly, zones were inconsistent, and no one could get it fully sorted out. Over the years, several other companies came out, tried different things, and left without actually fixing the root of the problem. It was frustrating and exhausting. PhD approached it differently. This was not a quick or easy job — they came back multiple times, tested the system thoroughly, and didn’t walk away when new issues showed up along the way. It ended up taking about four days of their time to fully dial everything in. We did need to pay more as the scope became clearer, but unlike others, they actually finished the job instead of giving up. Now all zones work properly, the system runs smoothly, and everything finally makes sense. If you have a complex boiler or zoning problem that others couldn’t solve, PhD Heating & Cooling is the company you want.

The PhD team took the time to fully understand the problem and explained everything clearly before starting the work. They handled a very complex repair that required experience and real technical knowledge. The work took the entire day, and they continued working despite extremely cold weather conditions. What impressed us most was their persistence and attention to detail — they didn’t rush and didn’t leave until the system was operating correctly and safely. The final price was very reasonable and actually lower than several other quotes we received, especially considering the difficulty of the job.
