We wanted to convert it back to a single family home. MK was a true partner is this process. They recommended a wonderful architect and they were incredibly fair with the pricing and their timing estimate. They told us they would be ready for us to move in prior to school beginning and they kept that promise. We worked with them for over two years on this project and were very pleased by their communication, expertise and craftsmanship. As we hit inevitable bumps, they always worked with us to give us their recommendations and made every effort to stay within budget. After hearing so many challenging stories about working with contractors, I was surprised by how relatively smoothly it all went. We really enjoyed working with Marcin, Marek, and Greg and appreciate all their hard work. If we ever need a project done again they will be our first call. Thank you MK Team!
