They were almost closing but they answered and had someone out the next morning by 9am. Charles was really friendly and efficient - he went out of his way to go to Home Depot to get a new faucet and came right back to repair it all within a couple of hours. Really quick service, really kind people. Will definitely work with them in the future

My issues in both toilets were minor... and he fixed them... for FREE! He said he couldn't charge me for something that was so easy to fix. He could have charged me a service call and didn't even do that! And if that wasn't enough... we had a great conversation and was genuinely just a kind human being. I will definitely call Mike at Magic Men Plumbing again. We need more honesty and kindness in the world today. Thanks Mike!!!!!
