  I purchased my HVAC system from Heatmasters and the service, the product (I have a Carrier), and the quality of customer care - I feel - are top notch. I had my summer maintenance/check-up done today. I want to point out that Thomas was very helpful in checking to make sure I understood the routine maintenance and the 'why' of that maintenance. He also made sure, as an owner, I understood things I could do to keep my system well cared for. I was extremely thankful for Thomas's patience with my questions and his informative answers. I feel that he was very respectful, knowledgeable, and I hope to get him back when it's time to do our fall HVAC check-up. Great check-up, great service technician, A+!!

  We just had another great experience with Heatmasters. Thomas, their technician arrived on time and thoroughly inspected and cleaned our A/C unit. While he was here, he also found and fixed a small gas leak in the pipes connecting to our furnace. His communications were excellent - from calling before his on time arrival to explaining everything he found and did. I am not surprised at all by the great service we got from Thomas today. We have been customer of Heatmasters since we bought our first home in 1998. They have always done first rate work and the people they employ are knowledgeable and thorough. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC work.

  We have been using Heatmasters for years and they never disappoint! Today Luis cleaned my air conditioning unit. He was on time, thorough and efficient! On top of that he did it all with a smile! Thank you, Luis!

  Thomas came by and was thorough and explained clearly what he was actioning on my a/c system. He also taught me how to maintain in between service checks. He was very nice and timely! I highly appreciate and recommend him.

  Heatmasters service tech Thomas was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. He called ahead to let us know he was coming, and arrived on time. He thoroughly cleaned and serviced our 10-year-old central air unit, and demonstrated how the capicitator was wearing out. Thomas gave us the option of replacing it or trying to get a few more month's use out of it. We deeply appreciate such service. Thank you, Thomas! Thank you, Heatmasters!
