We had a new system partially installed in July. Sold to us by Alex. This is where the problems started. When the original installation team was here they stated the humidifier would be hooked up at winter maintenance, when calling to try and schedule winter maintenance on the “new system” I was told they need to wait 1yr after installation. After back and forth for a few WEEKS someone finally came out. Jesse was the first tech out who left drywall dust on surfaces after he told me the motherboard was fried and walked off the job. When i called the office the dispatcher said there would potentially be a charge?!? The next tech wanted to charge me over $100 the same day within 2hrs of Jesse walking off. They ended up sending Saul who has been out before and got the system partially running (Saul was apologetic and professional) Monday a third technician came out who seemed to be the one walking Jesse through the initial visit and he could not get the system functioning properly. Yesterday Dan one of the managers came out and finally SAID he fixed the system.Dan also stated as he was leaving that someone would be coming out to repair the wall where Jesse removed the humidistat AND I WILL GET A CALL WITHIN 30min TO SCEDULE. I received no call I sent an email to get documentation on what was done by this company in my home yesterday evening and received NOTHING! 4 months later and they expect me to trust that it’s repaired. I will escalate this without limit I have plenty of photos and ring logs to support my claims. This company is Unprofessional and I wish i could go back in time! Avoid at all costs!!!

Juan and Christian came to clean out my well overdue dryer duct cleaning. They were friendly and extremely professional and provided a detailed explanation as well as before and after photos. Very happy with their service. Highly recommend.

I believe they make up diagnosis. Because one said one thing another said another thing. One changed the diagnosis. I changed and fixed what they said the diagnosis was only for the issues to still not be fixed. Instead of taking ownership and saying they were wrong they tried to give another diagnosis and quote that. They overprice their quotes. I don’t feel like they are honest people.

Judo did a fantastic job for us! Another tech told us we needed a rather expensive service done on our less than 5 year old furnace. Judo took a look and said the service was not needed and gave us some
Information on other services we may want in the future. He could have preformed the unneeded service and charged us. We will be requesting Judo for any future HVAC services!

Miguel and Juan did an excellent job cleaning our whole HVAC system with patience, attention to detail and above all, a positive attitude to go above and beyond! It was a delightful experience working with them! They made sure our HVAC system is all clean and working properly before they left. . Miguel also showed me photos before and after. I upgraded to a higher package ( with a heave load machine) because our house needed it after the installation of the new floor and new paint! What a difference it has made! Thank you Green Air!
