  A crew came out after midnight to clear our sewer line enough to drain much of our flooded basement. Jose clearly explained the costs, got us signed up with the service plan to save us on future costs, and recommended a restoration company that our homeowners insurance company was pleased to work with.

  We’ve used Goode Plumbing for years because they are such a good, reliable company and always request Brian Rudden. That’s because he’s a top notch plumber who knows how to fix the often complex plumbing problems in our condo. We live in a vintage building with old pipes and installed designer plumbing equipment in our bathrooms and kitchen. Brian, who is dependable, responsible and helpful, always comes through, keeping costs in mind and doing what needs to be done to address our plumbing issues.

  Frank was excellent and in and out. I probably should have asked for pricing in advance though. Changing out a drain stopper was over $500. It took less than 10 minutes of work and I have to assume the Kohler pop up drain stopper was between $25-$50. Seems like an extreme markup but I was in a bind with the holidays and spent the money. Maybe that’s standard but my guess tells me if I shipped around I could have saved a couple hundred dollars. Note: the plumber himself was polite/ courteous and upfront so no concern on that front.

  Love Goode and its plumbers (technicians)! Scheduling was convenient and efficiently handled by the schedulers, with good communication from start to finish. Frank M. communicated when he was on the way for our appointment. He knew exactly what needed to be done and took care of it quickly and efficiently, and we now have a usable bathroom sink again! He also listened about another issue we had and provided information to us consider when we move forward with that project. Thank you, Frank M. And thank you, Goode, for employing knowledgeable guys (and gals) who are great at getting the job done.
