  The service guy Basi gets a 5 out of 5 for the work. The Company though charges OUTRAGEOUS prices for their "flat rate" work. To pull and reset a toilet with a new wax ring was $528!. And the plumber wanted to replace the toilet shutoff valve and insisted the flat rate was an additional $329 for a $15 part and 15 minutes of work, if that. Another plumber called me after the work was completed by Goode, and he said he only charges $75 for a new shutoff valve. Stay away from this rip-off company.

  I recently had a great experience with this plumbing company and felt it was worth sharing. From start to finish, they were extremely communicative and professional. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, showed up when they said they would, and were clearly on top of every detail. What really stood out was how organized and responsive they were. Any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s not always easy to find contractors who combine quality work with strong communication, but they absolutely delivered on both. I highly recommend them and would gladly work with them again in the future.

  Goode is the best plumbing/service company I have used. They do outstanding work with knowledgeable, skilled, kind & courteous staff. I have used Goode these past several years for various home problems & services & couldn't be happier to have such a reliable, quality company to depend on. I now don't stress out when problems arise because I know I can count on Goode to take care of my problems & situations!! That gives me real piece of mind!!! Thank you Goode for your wonderful company & the outstanding people who work for you. Frank M was recently at my house, again providing the best work & services in a kind, caring & courteous way & I'm so grateful to him. Every service person Goode sent out was also terrific.   I am satisfied by Goode Plumbing. Kevin and Joseph were punctual and efficient. Kevin was the plumber who assessed my bathroom issue. He took his time assessing the issue and providing the initial quote. He balanced his company’s policies with our situation’s needs with care and respect. He offered efficient solutions. He and Joseph worked on the issue in my bathroom. They explained the problem and walked me through options. They were punctual and their communication was great! I recommend Goode Plumbing based on their service! Thanks Goode!

  I had been looking for a plumber to replace the handles and spout of a vintage pedestal sink in my home and was considering reaching out to Goode based on reviews. Due to the age of the pedestal and my wish to preserve it I only wanted to switch these parts out to avoid cracking the basin. Luckily, a driver pulled up across the street from my home while I was walking by and I asked the two techs unloading their van about pricing. The guy who responded quoted me over $1k and was very rude/patronizing to me when I asked clarifying questions. he insisted the entire system needed changed, pipes and all (not true). That is a HUGE difference from the other two quotes I sought out. I happily used another plumber who did an excellent job for 1/4 the price, was extremely kind, was not looking to price gauge me. He even took the time to explain all steps he took without being rude or patronizing.
